Dr. Molly Saddler joined the McClintock administrative team as the Assistant Principal of Activities in July 2014. Prior to joining the Tempe Union High School District, she taught English in the Scottsdale Unified School District for eight years. While teaching, she served as PLC Facilitator, Don-Time Intervention Committee Chair and Sophomore Class Advisor. She was also actively involved with the Technology Committee, Discipline Committee and Site Council, while furthering her education by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.

As Activities AP at McClintock, she supported clubs and fine arts students and teachers. In July 2018, she became Assistant Principal of Academics. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.

My responsibilities include overseeing curriculum and instruction, monitoring student academic progress, supporting professional learning for staff, coordinating assessment and intervention systems, guiding the master schedule and course offerings, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement focused on student success.
